Cancellation Policy

-Bookings Students must register for classes online. We do not allow drop ins. -Cancelation We must be notified at least 1 hr before class time to get credit for missed class. If a student is a no show. it will be marked as a missed class and cannot be redeemed or refunded. Art Camps are nonrefundable. -Credits All credits must be redeem within a year. If they are not used within that year, they expire. Credits cannot be transferred to art camps. -Drop off and Pick up Doors do not open until 5 minutes before class starts. If students are dropped off earlier they will not be let in. This gives instructors to set up and clean up in between classes. No students are allowed to run out to the cars, parents must come to the doors. All students under the age if 12 must be signed in and signed out at the front desk by their legal guardian.
